Commission Prices for 2024

Primary highlight for you guys is that I'm now offering a flat discount at the previous "first monthly" rate. Oh, and in case you missed it when I introduced sketches in the later half of last year, Lords and above get a free one each month!
P.S. If you had a commission in the queue prior to this update, you will be charged the old rates.
