Oh wow 😂 I noticed he got taken out when Octavia teleported in on rewatch for editing but I had no idea who he was a parody of-- that's great!!

2024-09-15 06:01:24 +0000 UTCAs to the "WTF" when Stolas threw the water bottle and that guy melted -- if you pay attention to the background when Stolas & I.M.P. first arrive in LA, you can see some health warning signs behind Blitz on the wall, saying that under no circumstances should you drink LA water, because it is like a mix of acid and cyanide and will make your hair fall out and stuff. Vivzie and Brandon Rogers (Blitz) apparently are natives of LA, and seem to have a lot of takes on its shittier elements!

2024-09-15 04:08:41 +0000 UTCBrennon Ragers (The guy who Blitz is disguised as) is a play on the word "Brandon Rogers" who is an actor as well as the voice of Blitz (as well as the new voice of Katie Killjoy in the Amazon Hazbin Hotel). So the whole scene was more a parody of him, such as giving him a wig and exaggerate his "big" ears. Fun fact - At 6.27 on your reaction, when Octavia first transported to the human world, you can see that she landed on the real "Brennan Ragers" which is why the agents were looking for him, until they found Blitz who "looks" like him due to being Brandon Rogers - Hope that makes sense. This episode is honestly one of my favourites and is so under-rated in my opinion, because it shows the love that both Blitz and Stolas have for their daughters, but that they can both get caught up in their lives / job to the point that their daughters feel under-appreciated / not loved. We also get a bit of the backstory on how Blitz gets Loona and when the owner says "ages out", it means that Loona was due to be put down within the next month or two due to her attitude and age, so in a sense... Blitz adopting her saved her life. If you want to check out Brandon Rogers he has made a bunch of different characters on his YouTube channel and each of his video's are hilarious. If you want a good recommendation, I would suggest "A day at the park" as it's a culmination of a lot of his characters and a good insight into how each one behaves + his type of comedy. Anyway, loving the reactions! Thanks for everything you guys do!
