I know you're known for roleplays and girlfriend like experience/ kisses, but I think your perspective on usual triggers would be interesting and I think it would be a nice change of pace honestly.

Could be done a lot like a cranial nerve exam (follow the light, etc.) but getting progressively spookier as the medic realizes the viewer is changing into a monster.
