She helps you get back to sleep for the journey with a sleep serum which creates auditory hallucinations (twin reverse and squeaky kisses, and gentle blowing), and POV kisses. While giving POV kisses she also warmly breathily whispers where she'll kiss you next each time, and whispers about both the awful (silly) experiments that she saved you from and her observations about humanity so far.

Takes a bit of work, but eventually it comes out piece by piece like stubborn rope. Maybe with some soft spoken reassurances that it's okay to let go of old grudges and pains that don't serve us anymore, etc.
