I am a sucker for old school comic looks and I tried to mimic a comic cover from the yester years as you can see.
I introduce you to the BARE BLADES - Gearless yet fearless.
Thought about a DnD inspired theme and came up with this dorky crew of nude warriors.
I like to imagine they got struck by a curse spell that stips them of the ability to wear armor made from certain materials. So basically they can't even wear normal cloths anymore. Only some very rare materials, like dragon skin or other excotic and legendary parts are exaptions of the curse, due to their magical properties... YET, they are naked and NOT afraid to save the day.
They do high risk low reward missions to be able to farm some potential loot they can wear, but the curse keeps them on their toes and so they get more flexible and quick in dodging.
I had so much fun designing them, giving them lil details that tie them together, from just color theme to tiny lil details like the arrows of bunny dude are made from birdies feather.
Really a fun lil group I may think a bit more about... Maybe I can get the stamina to do a small thing with them... But for now I will need to focus on the con and afterwards on commissions to pay my rent and everything.
I will let you know if the EF was a success and I am looking forward to read your comments on the designs I posted the past days.
