So wait let me get this straight, The Hound who rescued Sansa from getting raped and murdered in season 2, who decided to look after and protect Arya after her mother, brother, father and aunt was killed DESERVED to die alone in the hills? Gotta admit, I've been loving these reactions but that comment by BJ doesn't seem right to me. The Hound by season 4 wasn't the same person we knew in season 1. I hope in these upcoming reactions BJ recognizes that he's actually a good person.

Margaery was withholding sex from Tommen, for a couple of different reasons. #1) She could get everything she wanted from Tommen, if she held sex over his head. #2) If she got pregnant, the baby would belong to The Faith Militant. #3) She was waiting on Cersei's trial. She knew that Cersei was going to get convicted of incest, which would formally make Tommen a Bastard. Tommen being a Bastard, would mean, that he could no longer be King, and their baby, would be a Bastard, if she were to conceive.

Lady Mormornt said each of her fighting men, was the equivalent of 10 fighting Main Landers. So, if she had 62 fighting men, and they actually fought as well as what she said they did, that would be like having 620 fighters. And, it would not shock me, if they fought that well, because her Uncle, Jeor Mormont (The previous Lord Commander of the Night's Watch) had fought White Walkers and Wildlings for decades, and Jorah Mormont killed a Dothraki Bloodrider in single combat, for goodness sakes. I think The Hound has done some bad things, but I think he is a good person. He saved Sansa from being raped and killed, and he protected and kept Arya alive, for a long time. Yeah, he killed the Butcher's Boy, but that was on Joffrey's orders, and nobody said "No" to that stupid boy, because he was evil. If he wouldn't have listened to Prince Joffrey's orders, Joffrey would have had him executed, once he bacame King, or he would have made up some lie, and had him killed, before he ever became King. He wanted to kill people, when they saw him and Arya, but that was because, he thought someone would rat on them to The Lannisters. He also saved Ser Loras, when The Mountain (The Hound's Brother), was going to kill him. He did steal the guy's silver (The guy that took him and Arya in), but (And, I can say this without spoilers, because Asia and B.J., have made it through all 8 Seasons now), The Hound was right...The Father and his Daughter could not make it through the Winter...Having the silver, could have definately helped The Father and Daughter through Winter though...I don't know if they would have survived, but I still like The Hound, because he helped Arya and Sansa, and because he said "F The King".

In regards to Asia saying, "where did this little group of people come from in the middle of nowhere?" My largest complaint about most of Game of Thrones, other than some of the showrunners later ideas, was that Westeros as a whole just seems rather empty...we don't really see that many towns or common people. The only people we ever seem to see live in big cities like kings landing. Everyone else we see is either soldiers, or brothels. Where are all the regular everyday people other than the random shack we see from time to time? We just don't see them, but there's supposed to be huge amounts of people throughout the place, and the armies should be representative of a much larger number. Just a thought.

Jamie had to take back Riverrun from The Blackfish (Catelyn Starks uncle) who took his family home back from Walder Frey. The Freys were given Riverrun and The Bolton’s were given The North and Winterfell by Tywin Lannister for their part in The Red Wedding. Walder Frey couldn’t hold onto Riverrun so Jamie had to come down from Kings Landing and get it back.

Arya named her sword Needle because Sansa enjoyed her sewing lessons and was good with the needle, but Arya wanted to learn to use a sword, so when Jon Snow had one made specifically for her, smaller than a usual one, she said that Sansa had her sewing needles and this was her needle.

I read 4 of the books, but it was a long time ago and the show started varying from the books so I stopped. I love the way they don’t show who wins the fight until the big reveal of the face. I couldn’t care less about recaps though I know it’s important to some. But not so important that people need to be rude about it, or about the fact that Asia isn’t catching things as fast as they think she should. At the end of the day, it’s a fictional TV show and just not that serious. Skipping recaps may take away from their experience, but it takes away from the rest of ours when we come to the comments expecting friendly discourse among the community—as just about everyone engages in except for the same two people demanding that Asia and BJ react exactly as they think they should. I didn’t catch a lot when I first watched this series; there are a lot of moving parts. And these two are watching a whole other series (or two if you count TLOU) along with this one and various movies in order to keep subscribers entertained. I think people are only suggesting you don’t watch, Cynthia, because you don’t seem to enjoy it unless Asia and BJ do exactly what you want and that’s just not always going to happen. Just my two cents 🤷‍♀️

They are dropping the last two episodes of season six later today. Season 7 has 7 episodes with a few extra long ones. ( more than the usual 50 plus minutes). I just love the Hound! Oh, the Rose that Margery gave her grandmother is their house (family) symbol. She was secretly trying to tell her grandmother her loyalty is still with the family and not the religious fanatics and to trust her. She’s also trying to protect her grandmother from that sparrow douchebag from getting her. Remember he said that her grandmother needs to learn the new ways, etc? So that’ why she is insisting grandmother get out of kings landing and go home. Side note: everything grandmother said to Cersi is all spot on. Everything has been her fault. Even when you go all the way back to Ned Stark’s death. You should look up the Game of Thrones family sigil’s. At least get to know the main ones.

The hardest thing about watching you two is KNOWING what the next episodes contain (9 and 10) and how you're gonna react to it! The adventure continues! Between now and the end of the series it's like a roller coaster. You don't know where the hills or dips are, surprises at every turn, wins and losses, It's one of the greatest book-to-TV renditions ever made. Does the story justice, they had the appropriate budget, excellent casting, costumes and sets. Love your reactions, how you explain things to each other. Asia gets extra points for identifying characters from other films.

Maisie Williams did her own stunt by running out of that room, jumping off the balcony and onto the street. There were ropes on her that were digitally removed from the shot but basically she did that stunt in real time with real world physics yo. Even though she had a stunt double for some of the more difficult scenes, she did the majority of her own stunts and fight scenes in the series.

There's a video theorizing that Jaqen H’gar was hired by either Cersei or Peter Baelish and he was in King's Landing to kill Ned Stark. The theory says he got caught on purpose so he could be locked in the Black Cells and taken to The Wall with Ned, who was supposed to be sentenced to life serving The Black, but Joffrey changed his mind and had Ned executed.

Jaqen H’gar and the faceless men are paid assassins - murder for hire. That’s what Arya was training to become. A hitman. The man she was selling oysters to - someone paid (a ton of money) to have him killed. Same with Lady Crane. Arya guessed correctly that the actress who was doing a crappy job of playing Sansa was jealous of Lady Crane’s acting abilities and hired the faceless men to kill her. That’s why Arya told Lady Crane “watch out for that one” and looked over to the Sansa actress when she knocked the poisoned drink out of her hand. When Arya first met Jaqen in King’s Landing, he was likely on a hit that went south, which is why he was locked up. Makes you wonder who the hit was supposed to be and who had the money and connections to Braavos to pay for one. The Hound is one of my favorites, so it’s good to see him alive. I loved the small community he found and the septon who was trying to guide and reform him (played by the great Ian McShane). The seven pointed star he was wearing represents the Faith of the Seven. Think of the Faith of the Seven sort of as Christianity (even though it’s not meant as a straight analogue). That would make the Faith Militant like the Westboro Baptist Church - a small cult-like extremist faction. There’s some truth to what the High Sparrow says (which makes him dangerous) but he’s not altruistic at all. He seeks power over the powerful and at this point he’s got it in spades. Whereas the septon who saved the Hound truly was humble, admitted he didn’t know everything, and was focused on building community - not tearing things down.

The whole many faced god story line was not flushed out well enough. What were they for, why do they do it? As the last book was from season 5 i think they were limited on plot and the writers just didn’t do a good enough job. It’s sucks because its such an interesting story line-where did they come from? How do they take the faces? Oh well-Arya is the BOSS!!!

Arya named her sword Needle because Sansa enjoyed her sewing lessons and was good with the needle, but Arya wanted to learn to use a sword, so when Jon Snow had one made specifically for her, smaller than a usual one, she said that Sansa had her sewing needles and this was her needle.

Well she totally became no one, then she decided she didn’t want to BE no one. The many faced god got his face, and that was all that was important. I also like to think on some level Jaqen knew that Arya had a larger part to play in the events to come.

She also plays Ellie in The Last of Us (another show they reacted to) - I think they recognized her from that.
