It's out the door! An Ambassador's Dilemma is done, and now we reflect on what happened and what comes next!

CYOA Changes

Overall I'm happy with how it went, though there's a few things that should change for sanity's sake. The short of it is that I'll be greatly simplifying the rules; it was a lot for people, and without too much engagement- plus I was sat on my hands waiting to write more of the story when otherwise I could just....write more story!

So though I will still be aiming for one update a week into the future, I'll be limiting choices to more things like major decisions or some kind of post-scenario choices as opposed to waiting around a few days to see who votes for what over small things; with no roll at the end, and the decisions having more of a free flow to them where present. I'm keen for you all to get to know the characters better, so the less delay the better!

For a similar reason of efficiency I'll be getting rid of the different NSFW/SFW images, trying to get them all NSFW going ahead, with higher definition ones coming here and posting the updates a day earlier.

I'm also thinking of slowly releasing the NSFW content I've done for An Ambassador's Dilemma out into the sphere, but not immediately.

Well, what else beyond the CYOA? Seems like y'all are paying for updates now you won't get a say in, so what could help?

Sketches!

So, all patrons, on top of getting more Movement stories, at better resolution and before everyone else, they will also be getting 2/3 sketches a week of...situations.

$2 per creation patrons can also vote for which of these sketches get finished into a proper piece! This finished article is sent out everywhere and will be public (though perhaps not on here), but again, y'all get the higher definition versions.

I'm also opening (reopening?) a $5 per creation tier that'll give the people there access to the PSD files of the sketch sessions, and, more importantly, access to a request page, where they can put forth their own suggestions on what they would like to see!

The per creation will still be, of course, per Movement update, just to reassure you all!

Time and time again

Generous as all this seems, this does all take a certain amount of time. I am but a man, and I have a job and other things that need to be done. Hopefully none of this will get to be too much, but be aware that I'm always trying to adapt this patreon and what I offer to an optimal level, which can mean paring back on things. I'll give you all ample warning if I need to though, and for now, I think this is a manageable amount that won't jeopardise my finances too much.

The Poll

Much of the poll was for fun, but you can see that it's content I've been thinking of- and the idea for an ero or trainer game is no exception. Now, Avatar training games seem like something of a saturated market...and I don't know how to code to boot. But it remains a possibility and it may be flirted with more in the future.

The rest of the stuff...good!

Aaaanyway, that's all for the time being. The next Scenario/Story is called Trying Empathy, and I'll start working on it next week with an aim for next weekend. Before then I may put up a poll or two that will colour some of the writing going ahead and into it.
