TW Update #68 - Prettification

Managed to get the Cosmetics in as an update afore then though by some miracle - there's a bug in the left-hand 'hood' canvas where it displays a body, but it doesn't get in the way of pressing the buttons and if you click on a different hood-type it solves itself. I think.
Beyond that I've fixed some issues with getting locked out of the design sub-menu and improved the speed of a few transitions.
Sometime over the next two weeks I want to get an early Onna scene dropped and out, as well as another contest, this time for...gags, I think! And I'll allow All $5 patrons to participate with a $10 vote at the end. - We'll see how many more designs come up on the block.
Anyway, that's this update done! I think for the time being I might not even tackle the glows and move straight into being able to 'save and load' these designs, and couple them up to in-game save-states-- so we can consider this designer 'Finished' so far as main design options go, with a side order of colour palettes, patterns and etc. to come!
