Added 2019-10-29 21:00:28 +0000 UTCBig work done with practice spots, it's seems to be rather same mechanic as improving skills machine but multiple actors gave me some issue and forced to modify some "well made" and "multipurpose" (as I thought 🥴) code. So still have minor (and not) bugs.
