Step 1: Log out of Discord.
Step 2: Disconnect Discord from Patreon (If it's not connected skip this step.)
Step 3: Reconnect to Discord on Patreon.
Step 4: Log into Discord.
Step 5: ????
Step 6: Profit.

2019-08-07 11:21:22 +0000 UTCNormally it SHOULD just automatically update your discord with the server in the list, however I seem to be having some issues myself preventing me from getting into the server and I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting my discord account with no results, I have tried logging out and then in again and still nothing so if possible I would recommend actually posting the link to the discord in a private post or something.
