I too am blown away by the implications of a selectable energy source. Like... holy crap that is so far beyond what we actually have. Do you realize how much energy is lost converting the chemical energy in fuel into kinetic energy to do things? It is lost individually at like 6 different steps along the way to where you end up with so much less energy! That's awsome!
