Heads up!
Added 2023-10-03 22:57:29 +0000 UTCSo, my roommate is disabled and is currently in the hospital, but the state-funded agency that helped manage his rent just broke the lease (for medical reasons), so I have until the end of the month to find a new place.
This is going to, as I'm sure you'd guess, slow down my posting speed for a little bit as I scramble to find a new place to live. Thankfully, my now ex-roommate bothered to tell me, as Riverside, the group that managing his end of things, did not bother to call, text, or send an email to inform me that they had, again, broken the lease with less than 30 days notice.
Thank you for your patience, and I'll post when I'm in a new place, so regular posting can pick back up (though I will still try and get stuff done for you guys before that point!)!
