Just a heads up, one part of your chapter is not coming across- to me at least- how I think you want it to. If I'm understanding correctly, during Thor's education Karma is trying to say "The natives of the Americas, when the colonists moved in and tried to claim their land, did some fucked up shit to their invaders right back and it is unsurprising it broke into open conflict." However, that portion sounds at first glance an awful lot like "The natives committed unprompted atrocities on the colonists, and the colonists were totally justified in the atrocities they committed on them, and to feel upset that what was done to their people continues into the modern day is to ignore the fact that it was/is totally necessary/deserved." Again, I don't think that's what you're trying to say- but if that's what it sounded like you're saying on first read through to me, then it's probable that I won't be the only one who takes it that way, particularly given how many people don't think past their first impressions.
