Having Issues Downloading Our Packs?
Added 2024-10-18 23:42:23 +0000 UTCRecently, I've had an uptick in people struggling to download the packs from the Patreon shop. The pack will start downloading and then quit about halfway through; contact me if this happens to you, and I will provide alternate links!
This WILL be fixed by Monday. I believe the issue will be solved by breaking the .ZIPs into smaller parts, none exceeding 2 gigs. It will take me the weekend to fix the issue, but it will be updated by Monday.
I want to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Given its a major platform, I was hoping Patreon would be free of any delivery issues. 😅

2024-10-19 08:12:07 +0000 UTCI’ve had this experience through the app, but not on browser when on iPad, it’s so odd! In the app on iPad I haven’t managed to get it to download once. But browser on iPad, completely fine apart from this new glitch. Hope troubleshooting goes easily for you!
