Iโve been a busy bee working on some sketches and I wanted to show you some sneak-peeks! ๐ Itโs been a while since I painted a mini comic scene and I really missed drawing them, so Iโm painting a little scene inspired by strangers making eye contact on a train :) Can you sense the k-drama vibes? ๐๐
Iโm screen-recording the painting process of the mini comic for a real-time process video! Iโll continue working on the comic today and share the video with you soon ๐ฅฐ
The other sketch Iโm working on is some pose practice with perspective! The foreshortened one is a pose Iโve never drawn before and it was soooo weird to sketch at first! ๐ but I want to get more comfortable drawing extreme perspectives on characters :)
Goals I want to explore this month:
Digital watercolor! Iโve been wanting to get back into painting with watercolor digitally for a while now and Iโm thinking of filming my process for you guys since Iโve gotten lots of questions about it recently :)
I also want to do more scene studies! I really love studying movie scenes because itโs a fun way to practice mood, feeling, and emotion in characters with their environments. So youโll probably see more of that this month too โบ๏ธ Are there any movies youโd like to see me study?
