Yeah, This is something I am looking to do soon. I was diagnosed and have been treated by a combination of a therapist and my primary doctor (gen. practice). I think the journey (read: borderline hellish ordeal) I've been going through in finding the right meds would have likely gone a bit smoother with someone specialized. The issue is that this is usually a lot, LOT more expensive.
