Bojack has a few 'artsy' episodes I wouldn't call them filler, it's just a very ambitious show in terms of subtext

And that's right after Cuddlywhisker's speech about being miserable and the long journey from recognition of that misery to finding happiness. The commentary on depression is pretty glaring, yet all you see is Diane letting down Mister Peanutbutter.
