Especially for reception type work like billing, scheduling, frequently asked questions, or directing ppl to specific resources. I worry about the quality, privacy and ethics of the ones targeted at helping ppl with their emotions, or thru crisis.

I can see it being useful for 2 main reasons, one is for it to gather information and send it to the user about mh & where they should go in their local areas for help, two is for daily rituals like either guiding you through a to do list or guiding you through a workbook. Very interesting concept 😊
