Here's a step-by-step WIP's sequence of recent Pharah picture (original lineart by Legoman)
As you may see during the process i had to edit the proportions and top\bottom body parts ratio in order to make the figure work with a realistic rendering. And of course lots of energy went into refining butt and butthole ^_^'
