I can see her trying to divert them towards her as a ploy to unseating Queen Tanya, much the same way Tyuule think Tanya wanted the Saderans to dethrone Her.

Tyuule will become queen of pirates and making so much ruckus it will make SO difficult for Tanya to get all lepus free. At least she learned not to fight the enemy head on

Also love how she is trying and it seems to be succeeding to change the culture, with the youth the Idea of being an officer and a Gentlewomen seems to have taken root amongst the cadets. This will make the difference in old an new Lepus even more stark. With Tyuule playing Guerrilla warriors in Itaca the JSDFs first impression is going to be the old Lepus who are Warriors while the new Lepus are most certainly Soldiers

The girls are getting their first lesson to be more Anime since Tanya is teaching them to be Dex Mages instead of Int or Str based. I wouldn't be surprised if during their first encounter with the JSDF the soldiers give them the codename "Shinobi". Kaeso is an lucky/unlucky bastard, he's the single cup of water in the desert for the whole class. Tyuule continues to do the exact shame thing as she always did despite proclaiming the opposite. The only difference is that now she's pretending to the working alongside Tanya. Also RIP Italica, the only place in Sadera where non-humans were treated with a modicum of decency by the most cultured man of Falmart. On the other hand, there is no longer a Sugawara subplot where everyone basically tells him he should be a pedo for the sake of Nippon, so their sacrifices will not be forgotten. o7 I think I could read a 50 chapter story about the Boatventures of the Sister Squad who get separated from the fleet during a wyvern attack in a storm and surviving a waterfall, so they have to navigate uncharted rivers behind enemy lines. There they discover they were transporting the now considered "Sacred Queen's Quartz" with a shield spell engraved on it, Luckyly the Goblin Quartz engraver they where transporting could connect it to the ship so they have some defense against air attacks(And Rei can now shout "Divert All Mana to the Shield!") , however they have to balance it with only having two mages being able to cast Manaburn making stops to chop down trees, burning coal, fighting of river merfolk, Manaburning the occasional forest guardian for fuel, antagonising the Marsh Dryads. Add to the Motley crew one Orc Sailor doing one last job before retirement, Kaeso the ship's fuccboi, and the previous chapter Avi Scout who is always one minute away from flocking off elsewhere but can't bring himself to leave the kids behind to their fate.

2026-01-10 10:51:27 +0000 UTCOkay, so on top of Tanya's rise to power, Zorzals death, the Wyvern Corps borderline going rogue, and everything else going on. The Saderan Empire now has a terrorist insurrection led by Tyuule bin Ludden to deal with. Gods help the Saderans if she gets her hands on gunpowder because she won't be showing the same restraint with that stuff that Tanya has. This is quite possibly one of the worst timelines for the Saderan Empire outside of stuff like Warhammer or Half Life.
