🔧 Troubleshooting for game access

First of all, make sure you are connected with an itch.io account that is linked to your Patreon account (should be available in your itch.io account settings).
I am on a page "nothing available for download", where is the game ?
Just click "Game Page" to access the main itch.io page. There isn't any file to download for web games, it will start loading automatically or you'll just have to click "Run Game".
I got an error 404 saying the game page is restricted.
This is a synchronisation bug with itch.io. You need to try logging out and back in to itch.io. If it doesn't work, clear your browser cache and then log in again to access the game.
I got an error page that says I have no pedge to BubbleBloat
If you recently cancelled your pledge you will get this error. You can resubscribe temporarily to access the page. If you do it within 30 days since you were last charged, you won't be charged again.
This can happen if you are using a gift subscription. If it's the case, just send me a private message and I'll give you access to the game page.
If you still have trouble accessing the game, you can join the discord server and link your Patreon account to access a channel where alternate links are posted some time after an update.
I can access the game, but it's way too slow...
Most of the time this appears to be caused by some browser settings or incompatibility. If you are using a chromium browser (like Chrome or OperaGX) try using Firefox instead. If you are using Firefox and having issues, try using a chromium browser instead.
