And For me one of the only reasons i started watching the flash or supergirl was because the main actors were from glee!

2023-05-13 02:32:13 +0000 UTCCouple things about the Glee one. 1) Those guys on cello are called 2CELLOS and they break the bow that they play with during almost every performance with how hard they play. 2) Grant Gustin actually has a lot of good singing chops in this and in the Flash! If I rejoin the requests tier in the future I will definitely show that if you have not checked that out by then! 3) Glee is never a great amazing show, but it is always a lot of fun and full of talent, you should absolutely check it out!

I've even mentioned it on the spreadsheet because I do think everyone should watch it at least once, but you really have to look at it as satire and knowing it is not a "politically correct" show in any way. But what makes Glee so special to me is that it's kind of the "OG" show for the outcasts, at least for my generation. It made so many people feel validated and seen and really meant a lot for the people who grew up with it back in 2009/2010

Plus the first 3 seasons are actually really really good, the talent in that core cast is through the roof. the finale of s3 can kind of be viewed as a series finale too so if you did want to get off the crazy train that would be a good place to do it lol. great reaction to the song as always, gonna stay here for korra regardless <3

He's amazing with the adlibs there, but all the boys did their own brilliant things in that recording booth. It's definitely worth checking out! I obviously loveeee all the online/show content of Bangtan, but there is nothing like seeing them live. I saw them in 2019 and it was a pivotal moment for me. I went with friends but had bought tickets at the last minute so I was on the other side of the stadium from them in Chicago and it was freezing out and raining, but it was still the best experience I’ve ever had at a concert. The bond you feel with everyone is just so amazing. I am typically really shy but talked to so many people. The best place on earth. 🥺 I have actual things to say about the content you watched 🤣 but I need to get back to studying. One more final tomorrow then Yoongi concert the day after!!!! 🔥🔥🔥

2023-05-01 20:41:40 +0000 UTCabout RUN!BTS: its a variety show so that means sports/ cooking/ comedy/ quizzes/ games/ acting and generally everything else the members wanna try out. there are 155 ep‘s and the „variety“ really IS crazy. regardless…. when it comes to bts you should know… jk is getting called „spider koo“ or some other variant of spider man for a reason. and even tho hobi might be on the flexible /dancey and energetic side.. safety and being cautious is #1 for him. jin and him are more on the „scaredy cat“ spectrum even tho they do all the activities all the members do?? like bungee jumping is fine but a lizzard is the cause of death? 2023-05-01 19:49:46 +0000 UTCwhewww CR this month were some good ones! lots to talk about😂 lets start with my request: stay alive.. the alternate universe you were thinking of was about the „heartbeat“ music video. it was part of the OST for BTS‘s „bts world“ which is a mobile game based on them finding each other and becoming one. its not 100% their story but similarities are there. meanwhile „7FATES CHAKHO“ is a fictional WEBTOON where bts were the inspiration for the characters in it. so its like „bts world“ is about them as a group and their journey in finding each other… „CHAKHO“ is more like „how can we make these fictional demon tiger/ monster hunters more like the bts members esp in animation/comic style?“ I know it sounds confusing bc there is still the „BU“ and that has nothing to do with those two stories but is a whole other experience💀 (also short interlude of me yelling in my house and scaring my dog cause you said seeing yoongi/ suga/ agust d (?😂?) live was one of the best concert experiences. like (!!!!!!!) when they go on tour after getting back together you will have THEE best concert experience ever trust and believe 🤪 all of them are exceptional but I love to see you praising my baby. yoongi put a lot into this and i wanna hear more of your thoughts abt it. also there was a livestream??? where when and how?? moving on! beyoncé is my favorite female artist of all time. rihanna is a close second but bey is the GOAT regardless how u wanna look at her. the artistry is 100/10 and im so happy to hear that you have some content planned. desperately hope its „HOMECOMING“ i might need to take a day off for that reaction alone. im actually gonna see her live in two weeks in two stadium shows: brussels (belgium) and next month in frankfurt (germany)(also where i live) and im so so so hype for it. the „home“ Performance was probably the more complex and expensive one if you compare it to „black swan“ in the chapel (?). they had to do several editing tricks for the mirror scene and they cut all the different scenes up nicely but the spinning bedroom was actually real😂 sounds ridiculous but one thing bangtan is always down for: doing the most. they sounded good while doing it tho! jk was doing pull-ups in the kitchen and jin was beating up the stand mixer. ig thats why we stan😬

I think it’s worth a watch, especially for people who love music. HSMTMTS was definitely very inspired by & even modeled off of Glee in many ways

2023-05-01 19:09:56 +0000 UTCI think the first couple of seasons of Glee are great but it kinda falls off later on, most fans agree the last couple seasons are a bit of a slog to get through. The songs are always great though, especially at the start. It’s creator is Ryan Murphy (of Scream Queens and AHS) so it’s campy and problematic at times but that’s definitely part of its charm, I don’t think you are really supposed to think they are great people lol. Maybe in like an it’s always sunny way, sometimes they are saying some wild shit but you aren’t meant to agree. If you get me. I think everyone should witness the first three seasons at least once.

2023-05-01 18:33:52 +0000 UTCed sheeran on broadway is the FUNNIEST comparison i have ever heard and yet you’re so right LMAO, i’m so glad you continue to like the amazing devil! the lyric “can’t you hear that scratching” from this song is a direct reference to the lyrics in their song “that unwanted animal”. you may notice them doing that a LOT in their songs, within an album there will be a few specific lyrics or concepts that they reference across multiple songs!! it makes listening to their full album in order a real experience.

They built a set for the filming of Home, including the spinning room (like Inception or that scene from Euphoria). Almost all the places where they film, especially music videos, are sets built specifically for that. From the Run BTS episode they kept mentioning Odeng, he was a sugar glider Jin had as a pet. He was so cute. Also thanks so much for sharing your concert experience, I'm so glad you got to feel the army family love, and see Yoongi's stage presence!!

So IU has a show called Palette and she invites artists and actors to chat and sing. She had JHope as a guest before and it was so fun. Suga and IU have such fun chemistry together. I hope you can watch the whole episode! RM does the exceptional collabs. I really love this one. My other favorite is the recent one with SeYoon. Incredible! Of all the Jimmy Fallon performances, I love Mikrokosmos. I dedicate that video to my seniors every year. I am so happy you enjoyed Agust D concert! I will say that even the things Glee does wrong can spark some great reactions/conversations. I’m currently watching Travis Views go through it and he always has a lot of thoughts about some of the themes and storylines 😂 The music (which can also be hit or miss especially when they tried to cover popular stuff of the moment) is usually really good, and it introduced the world to so many seriously talented people. It was an amazing mobile app game that had it's own soundtrack. 7 fates chakho is a Manga series available on the webtoons app. There is another. Webtoons called save me which is a spin off from the bangtan universe. Which is a whole can of worms but the story line ties in tons of music videos together.

I'm seeing them on tour for the third time in a couple weeks :) I don't know why that lyric video cut off the end of the song though lol. I find their music so cathartic and healing and their shows are so unapologetically queer and joyful it's like being at gay church 🥹 would love to see you listen to more of their stuff, especially since they're opening on the eras tour! Also thrilled to see Tame Impala here! I was on a v strong 🍃brownie the first time I listened to Currents and it was a life changing experience. Heartbeat was one of the songs for BTS' mobile game, and the MV shows the members playing out the "if they weren't in BTS" alternate universe part of the game. So each of them is doing different things, but all end up together by the end. In that video, RM was a writer helping with a case, Jin was working at a hotel, Suga was a pianist, J-hope was a vet, Jimin was working in a rice cake shop and dancing, V was a farmer, and JK was practicing taekwondo.

She will occasionally do a few songs from that album, but for the most part she does not have a good relationship with that time. Basically, she did what the record label told her to do, which was make 80's pop. "Y Kant Tori Read" has since been rereleased because of fan demand. When it came out a few years ago, I saw an interview in which she could not look at the video when it played. It's sad that she was so scarred by the process, but it did put her in the right mindset to make "Little Earthquakes." I also love hearing from her parents, who are really good people who always supported their daughter. You know I love Taylor, so I was thrilled to hear you make the comparison! You are so right about the "Just Right" commercial. Tori said she had to cut her hair for the commercial, or they would give it to the next girl waiting for a gig. Our girl had to eat!
