potential tier adjustments, input?

first i just wanna say thank you all for another successful month on patreon. although life & world events are feeling pretty overwhelming, i am glad i have this platform to keep me encouraged to make things.

i want to go over a few possible tier changes, improvements, what i could add, how i can do better.

to start, i have come to the conclusion that the 20% commission discount for eagle patrons may be too high. i am considering changing the discounts to something like 5% for hawk tier and 10% for eagle tier. alternatively, i may also need to experiment more with commission prices, so i am not undercharging when a discount is applied. (if these changes are implemented, the current discounts will still be available for eligible patrons for the rest of the month)

i am also toying with the idea of adding an additional tier, and/or changing the amount of slots available for the higher tiers. the $15 tier filled faster than i was expecting, so i brainstormed a couple alternative ideas. a $20-$25 tier could be added, ensuring a sketch with color, while the $15 tier ensures an uncolored sketch. (currently it is just up to how i'm feeling whether i do colored or uncolored.) in this case i could have maybe 10 slots for the uncolored tier and 5 for the colored tier, to start. initially i thought maybe i could lower the $15 tier to $10, but i don't think i can justify doing custom drawings for that price.

if an additional tier was added, the names may become egg / chick / fledgling / hawk / eagle, but i'm not committed & i'm open to other suggestions if you think you have a decent idea!

also, i wanted to see what you guys think of a discord group? i like the idea, but i don't know anything about managing a group, and i don't know if i have enough patrons yet for it to make sense. (the discord would also be for 18+ tiers only, but i guess that doesn't really matter at this point since nobody has pledged at the egg tier.)

to conclude, i would appreciate your thoughts on these ideas, as well as any other feedback you guys may have. is my posting frequency okay? would it be better if i posted more things weekly instead of a couple things every day or two? would you prefer to see more of a certain kind of content, such as more sfw, more design work, etc? do you feel like i am delivering okay on the outlined tier benefits, or is there something i could do better?
