Bonus Commission - Scarlet Heat (Sketch)

For the last few years, I've participated to an event called Valentine Day Sex Drive (VDSD). This year, I'm having a special commission made. It features Scarlet, from Bloomin' Studio!, a comic I released years ago and again recently to my top backers. The recent response was fairly positive, so I'm thinking of rebooting it with an occasional page done by the team of Navarro/Cabrera, who also do Li Fang Fei as well as the 1-panel comics I've been doing for the last few months.

The premise of Bloomin' Studio! is a behind-the-scenes look of the "shooting" of Bloomin' Faeries! as if it were a TV show. There's a producer (Gustav), a writer (Jaycee), a faerie (Attitude), and the star who plays Heather (Scarlet). Jaycee is a terminally shy simpering idiot and can't believe he got this gig. Scarlet is a tough-as-nails biker and waitress who took the job because she badly needs the money, but despises everything about the show. Her contempt expands to include the writer, the producer, her colleagues, the audience, and the whole world, really.

I'm still discussing with the artists to see if they have the bandwidth to take this on, but since it's only an occasional page, I'm pretty hopeful it'll work out. I'll be sure to keep you posted.
