It's a continuity issue. If you've just read the previous page (#531), you'll figure it out. Ready to guess?
Well, even though Heather just ripped up her dress at butt level, the dress is back to normal here. Obviously, that's not right. Fortunately, Wondollar was quick to fix it and no one seems to have noticed it.
But it's part of the little things you have to pay attention to when you make a comic. Because at SOME point, one very observant reader will bring it up and you'll look sloppy.
