Request - An Improvement for Karen?

An important note: while I am very proud of the H.E.L.G.A fan comic I did, I am not claiming ownership or rights to Karen or any of the characters. Moving forward I will pass on requests featuring them, but I uh, forgot to say any of that in time, so I'm not holding that against anyone who requested them this month.
That said, this was an interesting concept to tackle. Maybe Karen successfully won one last bet and got her liposuction... but neglected to read the fine print?
