Excellent information on this and the last podcast about grip strength. I flicked an email about my own personal experience with using it as a indicator for training and the initial data was positive. Vertical jump height was similar.

Really good. I need to hear more about Martin doing 48-hours back in the day, I can't even imagine what that felt like being as lean as he was then.
