Introducing NEW TIER 4 (Begins Posting October)

Hi there folks,

If you're seeing this post, it's because you are a Premium or a higher-paying Full Member of my Patreon, and I have some really important information to share with you about major changes that are about to take place here.

The Premium Membership Tier of my Patreon is being replaced with a new TIER 4, which is a $20 monthly membership that includes the following perks:

• High definition, professionally recorded & filmed live videos 3-4x times a month, some of which may be in an upcoming concert film.
• Downloadable MP3s of these concert videos
• Additional quarterly small gift
• A bonus Q&A video from tour 1x a month
• Monthly discount codes for merch at willwoodandthetapeworms.bigcartel.com
• Access to previous issues of "The Prescription" (if I release a new issue, your tier will have access to it, but it will be on no particular schedule if I make any at all, so don't stay subscribed just for that!)
• Access to many previous Basic-Premium Membership tier posts

If you are a Premium Member you will automatically start to receive this new tier's content from here out. But I highly recommend that you switch to this new lower cost tier, especially if you're paying the old $40 premium cost, otherwise you're getting less and paying more. If you're currently a (old $15 cost) Full Member and want more content for only a bit more cash, this is the way to go!

I am sorry to say that there will no longer be an official Patreon Discord Server come October, and no tiers will include that as a perk from now on.

If you want things like downloadable MP3s of my full discography, physical zines of The Prescription if I put any out, and quarterly full merch items, you can check out the top tier, Tier 5.

Before you dig in, please note the following changes: I am sorry to say the Discord server will be closed until further notice starting October 2022. The Prescription will from here out be released at my own pace with no particular schedule, if I work on it at all. Annual memberships are no longer supported. I will not be personally checking any messages or available to resolve any possible issues, so you are guaranteed your content but I won't be able to fulfill requests, refunds, alterations, etc. The WW Patreon has officially been marked "NSFW" or "adult content" and is NOT intended for children.

HERE'S SOME INFO ON ALL THE NEW TIERS SO YOU CAN LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR NEW OPTIONS!

Tier 1 ($2/mo):

This whole new tier is the cheapest my Patreon has ever been, and is the base tier of the new streamlined, automated, and digital content focused Patreon structure. It comes with high def, professionally recorded/filmed live videos 2x a month.

Tier 2 ($3/mo):

Current Basic Members will automatically get this content. However, if you're still paying the old $5 Basic price from before I switched to the recent $3 Basic Tier, I highly recommend switching so you don't get less for more! On this tier, you'll receive 3-4 concert videos instead of 2/month.

Tier 3 ($10/mo):

Current Full Members will automaticallyget this content. However, if you're still paying the old $15 Full price from before it was replaced with the more recent $10 Full Tier, I highly recommend switching! It comes with:

• The concert videos from Tiers 1+2, PLUS:
• An additional monthly Q&A video from tour
• Access to previous issues of The Prescription, and any future ones I may create.

Tier 4 ($20/mo):

Anyone currently a Premium Member will start to receive this content, but we recommend switching to the new Tier 4 so you don't pay too much! You get:

• Everything from Tiers 1-3, PLUS:
• Downloadable MP3s of all the concert videos
• Monthly discount code for merch at willwoodandthetapeworms.bigcartel.com
• An additional small quarterly gift

TOP TIER: Tier 5 ($40/mo):

Anyone currently paying the old $40 Premium cost from before the Premium Tier was replaced with a $25 version will receive this content, and won't need to switch to get this stuff. But this is the new TOP TIER, so if you are currently a VIP member, I highly recommend switching to this to save a TON of money. You'll get:

• Everything from Tiers 1-4, PLUS:
• Monthly discount code for merch at willwoodandthetapeworms.bigcartel.com
• Downloadable MP3s of my full discography
• Other exclusive audio
• An additional quarterly full merch item, such as apparel and posters
• Physical copies of any future Prescription zines I publish.

====== My thoughts =======

I understand some of you will be disappointed by my stepping back from The Prescription and my closing of the Discord Server, and I do apologize for that. I hope you understand that this is just the only way I can continue to give you guys stuff while I'm away on my upcoming indefinite hiatus, which begins shortly. The reduced prices are intended to reflect the new way I'm approaching this. I fully understand if you choose to leave if this stuff isn't the kind of thing you're looking for or if the Discord server/Prescription was your main event - no need to apologize or anything! Ultimately, I just want to keep giving die-hard fans exclusive stuff in exchange for support in a way that best fits my needs as an artist and as a human being, and I really do think you'll enjoy the new stuff, especially the live videos.

Really, I feel this is in many and perhaps most ways very much an improved WW Patreon - there's TONS more video and audio content available than ever before, and it's WAY cheaper than it has been in the past. I think this is the cheapest its been since it first opened like five years ago, and it will be churning out tons more stuff every month than ever before. If you're a die hard fan of my music, if you've never been able to go to one of my concerts, if you love live music, if you like exclusive merch or webstore discounts, or if you just want to help support me, this is something I think you'll REALLY like.

There's enough content scheduled in advance to last members AGES. I'll be back when we get to the last scheduled months to give you all an announcement about what the plan is from there. It might be to deactivate the Patreon, it might be to revamp it into something else entirely, it might be to declare my triumphant return from a life without Will Wood and come back with a vengeance, it might be with a new massive dump of content. It won't be for a while though, so don't even worry about it now, I'll keep you in the loop when the loop needs keeping. Expect me in like a year.

I want to thank you all, from the absolute rock bottom of my hollow wretched heart, for all the support you have shown and given me over the years. Regardless of what happens from here, it means and has meant the world. This has been a fantastic adventure, a wonderful opportunity, and an unparalleled thrill. It's been wonderful getting to know those of you who I've had the pleasure of getting to know, and a deeply personally and artistically fulfilling challenge to try and bring you something meaningful in exchange for your support. I hope you've had fun, and I hope you continue to have fun or perhaps have even more in the coming months.
