The rebuild updates system apps and SafetyNet/Play Integrity workaround, so that you could use your banking apps again, at least until Google patches it again.
Note regarding the new Weather app: you have to clear app data for this app and relaunch it for it to work properly. Otherwise, you'll notice the app's icon and weather widgets won't be able to retrieve the weather data. This is due to our migration to the most up-to-date app from China ROM, which is not compatible with the data from the Global app.

2023-11-26 19:23:54 +0000 UTCYes, strong integrity with an unlocked bootloader is not possible. As for caches, if you have issues with the Weather app (widgets not working etc) then clear app data for Weather app and relaunch it. Nothing other than that.
