Going off for a run to keep himself in peak condition, he returns to his motor only to be arrested by Conor for traffic violations. But Kevin's dislike for wearing a shirt, and flirting with Connor also leads to a semi arrest for indecent exposure... this gives Kevin an idea to get the charges Connor intends to charge him with revoked....
