Tier 2: After Party in The Slammer

With the three thrown into a cell to detox overnight, Luke and Chris start sobering up and the Street Fighter is worried about his reputation as a LOT of onlookers were taking pictures, and it isn't a good sign for the BSAA Captain to be in a jail. Sensing the tension, Rupert decides to take matters into his own hands to make good of a bad situation... here's hoping the trio aren't given jail time! Although after what happens... they may enjoy it!
