This character's name is Aurora, she is a snow-white king cheetah and an adventurer.
This piece was really ambitious and quite a challenge to make, mainly because of the massive machine-beast she is mounting. The final result is somewhat of a compromise, since both fitting the enormous beast in the frame and showcasing the rider in ample detail seemed almost impossible.
