Project S.L.O.T.H. Remake (WIP Preview)

WARNING THE FULL STORY WILL CONTAIN: Female Slobification (WG, Burping, and Farting)

A young woman has been tasked with being the test subject for a collection of highly advanced robots meant to make life easier. While the mechanical servants go about fulfilling her every need, she's able to overlook the fact that her body is becoming fatter, gassier, and more lethargic in the process.

Double checking the listing on her phone, Lina confirmed that the office building was where she was supposed to be. A second glance at the cracked windows and graffiti along the walls made her wish that her directions had been wrong. As much she wanted to turn back, there was ever present issue of needing money to afford rent and what little food she could scrape together. Before her nerves could get the better of her, she managed to reinvigorate her conviction by looking at the post once more.

"Test Subject Needed for Radical Lifestyle Experiment. We offer high compensation, as well as an opportunity to take part in a revolutionary, new process. All applicants are welcome, however there will be a very selective process to ensure we have the perfect candidate to collect the best results. More details will be provided as the experiment proceeds.”

Being able to see the numerous violations of ethical experimentation practices did little to dissuade Lina from approaching the entrance. Walking up to an intercom, she cleared her throat and pressed the button. “Hello? My name is Lina Hudson. I’m here for the experiment?”

            “One moment please.”

A few seconds after Lana heard the bored, female voice the doors opened on their own. Heading inside, she entered a plain looking waiting room with grey walls, uncomfortable chairs, and magazines that were far past their prime. She figured out that the person who had let her in had be the apathetic woman currently looking at her behind a set of thick rimmed glasses.

“Fill this out,” the woman said, handing over a clipboard. “The doctor will be in to see you shortly.”

Taking her seat and spending a moment trying and failing to get comfortable, Lina tackled the standard questions for a medical sheet. Hair: Long and blonde. Eyes: Brown. Height: 6’2”. Bra Size: B-Cup. Favorite Food: Grilled Cheese. However, she ran into a bit of a hurdle when it came down to her weight. Considering how often she had struggled with her poor self-image, it pained her to linger on the idea for two long. Quickly writing down her weight as 110, she skipped over the legal speak in favor of signing her name at the bottom.

“I’m all done,” Lina announced, handing over the clipboard to the bored receptionist. “So when do we start?”

As if on cue, the nearby door opened up to reveal a man in a long, white lab coat. His height was only a few inches short of Lina, but he made up for it with the wild, grey strands of hair sticking from his head. Though his tie was straight, and his facial hair seemed well-trimmed, there was something about the look behind his bespectacled eyes that left Lina feeling a bit unnerved.

“This is the test subject?” the man said, surveying Lina’s body.

“Yup, here you go Dr. Teld,” the woman said, handing over the clipboard.

“Thank you Donna,” he replied, looking over the papers. As he read through every detail, he asked Lina follow up questions regarding her health, family, and overall lifestyle. Once they had finished, he gave her a slight smile as he scribbled down some observations in a little notepad.

“Ms. Hudson, I believe you are the perfect candidate,” Dr. Teld proudly announced. “The only thing that remains is to start the experiment. Are you ready?” he asked with a single eyebrow raised.

“Y-yes,” Lina replied, unsure of her own conviction in the face of the doctor’s reaction.

“Excellent, then right this way,” Dr. Teld said, leading Lina down a long hallway until they reached room with the number 23 on it. “Inside you will find a set of clothes. Please change into them quickly so that we may begin the experiment as soon as possible.”

“You still haven’t told me what exactly we’re testing,” Lina spoke up.

“Telling you now would compromise our test results,” he explained, pushing her through the door. “Good luck. I’ll see you on the other side.”

Left by herself, Lina explored the drab locker room she had been shoved into. Waiting for her on a long bench were the set of bundled up clothes the doctor had mentioned. Unfolding the outfit, she discovered that it appeared to be made for someone five times her size. Pulling the grey top over her head left the V-neck collar to show off the edges of her black bra. Even without being stretched out, the matching sweatpants were large enough where the only way to keep them on her was to devote a hand to grabbing the waistband. Struggling with her poorly fitted outfit, she placed her own clothes and belongings in a locker before proceeding into the next room.

With the cuff of her pants dragging along the floor, Lina managed to shuffle her way into a room with a nearly blinding shade of white for its walls and ceiling. The barrage of bright white was broken by a long, observation mirror that she suspected contain the doctor and any other scientists standing by for the experiment. Trying to ignore that people were watching her every move, she turned her attention to the massive, king-sized bed taking up the center of the chamber. Though it looked soft with its comfy, grey blankets, she couldn’t ignore the plethora of wires running between it and countless machines.

“Ah, good. I see that you’re ready to begin,” called out Dr. Teld’s voice from the intercom.

“Are you sure?” Lina asked, having to pause to keep her pants from falling down. “These clothes seem a little big on me.”

“That shall be remedied later. For now, please lay down on the bed. Once you’re in position, we can begin.”

Climbing atop the mattress, the softness that greeted Lina was helpful in calming her nerves. However, her sense of calm was disturbed by the sound of various sensors activated around the bed. Swiveling her head back and forth, she found various readouts like her heartrate, her blood pressure, and how hard she was breathing. Letting her eyes rest on the readout of her current weight being 115 pounds, she hoped that the supposed extra weight was just from her baggy clothes.

“I do hope you’re comfortable,” Dr. Teld said, as Lina placed her head on the pillow. “Just relax while we send in the SLOTHs.”

Confused, Lina nearly jumped out of bed as a slot along one of the room opened up. Lifting up her head to get a better look, she spotted three, green lights emerging from the dark corridor. With a light hum, a small robot flew out to hover above her. The spherical device was made up a glossy, silver metal, with a pair of arms outfitted with hand-like digits, and three orbs on its “face” acting as its eyes.

“What is this thing?” Lina asked, wincing as the robot flexed its fingers.

“Ms. Hudson, allow me to introduce you to the Sedentary Life Over Time Helper,” Dr. Teld proudly announced. “Also known as, a SLOTH.”
