PNG or JPG?
Added 2024-12-31 16:00:16 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
I wanted to get your opinion on something important. For my future posts, which file format do you prefer: PNG or JPG?
Personally, I lean towards PNG because it preserves the details and quality better, but I know that the file sizes (around 12Mb per image) can be a bit heavy for some of you. JPG is a bit lighter in size, but with slightly lower quality.
So, I’d like to hear your thoughts on which format you’d prefer going forward. Would you rather have PNG (lossless, better quality but heavier files) or JPG (slightly lower quality but much lighter)?
Small Update: after some tests yesterday, I’ve managed to further improve the image quality (the resolution stays the same, but details should be better). This will start being visible from the post after the next one. So, expect some even better details soon!
One last thing: the post scheduled for January 1st might experience a slight delay due to the holidays. I’m not sure I’ll be able to post it on time, so it might come out on January 2nd instead.
Let me know your thoughts on the file format and thanks for your continuous support!

I thought so. Just making sure. I understand you want a high resolution format. I would want the same as a fan
