I like the moody look of dark rooms, with the model next to a softly lighted window and the way this soft beams bath the model in light. Just highlighting all of these feminine body structures.

today I would like to share this completely out of camera series with you. I love the soft light and the natural posing of Layana.

Just as a hint - let the model get into a flow and just move with your camera. Of course you as a photographer should prepare the set due to the light situation and define some guiding principles for your model - but than, just let her go!

...are sometimes best. Layana has such a beautiful, natural body. So I tried to stage-manage her perfect feminine curves with a very simple set. Some call it the triangle - where you put the modle in front of the wall, with the light coming from a 45° angle to her side, while you are shooting from 45° on the opposite direction. To me Julia is one of the most beautiful models I ever met. During our shooting we had a cloudy sky, which gave us a perfect soft light. I love the color of her skin, her red hair and the simple background with the clean brown and white tones.

Last light of the day

During my shooting with Bianca we did one last set at the window to catch the final beams of light with a cloudy sky.

Although Bianca is rather still a beginner in model business, she did a really good job in terms of posing with her perfectly shaped body.

It was a huge pleasure to shoot with Giulia during my time on Tenerife this summer. I love her tanned skin and her dark hair in combination with the white interior of her room

Bianca - rainy day in Cologne

On Sunday Bianca and I travelled to Cologne, where we had an intense shooting day. Due to the weather situation, we had either a very soft but also low light or some few sun beams in-between.

With Anna I was in a former prison, which has been converted into a stylish and luxury hotel. Anna was very confident with her posing - so all I had to do, was taking care for the light and framing.

Breakfast at the villa

Today I would like to share this awesome series of Dasha with you, which we took right after breakfast. The sun was still low and on the other side of our villa, which gave us this gorgeous soft light.

When we started the shooting, I had the feeling that there is not enough light in the bathroom. But after checking the first results on my camera I was absolutely excited about the mood and the golden colours in which the evening sun turned the scenery.
