CPU out of commission

So my cpu is one of the degraded ones that’s been going around and it’s gotten so bad I cant do anything without crashing .

I have a 13900k and it’s still unsure if it’s going to be resolved but at the moment I’m without a working cpu . I will try to get some content on with the help of a friend still but I appreciate everyone’s patience !
