As you might have known, Thalia/ Lara is the same witch. She's currently 3 partners: Doctor, Draigh Wood and the Vampire Lord we can make a wild guess his name. I swear this is unintentional. Anyways, it's a polyam and Lara has big love to give so they live together peacefully.
So yes, Lara is having her time with her big goth husband.
