Echo Build 46 [Jenna + Leo/Carl Expressions Update] - Anime

This was definitely an issue on my end. Because of this, the next Echo build will be released this Friday on the 27th, while the next Adastra build will be released on Sunday, the 29th to give more breathing room between releases.
