So here I was, thinking that I might use this to frankenmesh yet another bun, when after removing the hairpins and editing the uv I realized that maybe someone could use this hairstyle without the accessory. So here we are in the name of versatility. Thanks to @meatballteeth for sharing the mesh.
I tried making a big bun to use together with the kanzashi set, and these are the result. EA colors are a courtesy of @simandy’s actions, to which I added a dark magenta that makes me dream and wish I had that hair color irl :)
Is there any better moment to release such a set than just before the upcoming Japanese culture inspired dlc? I absolutely love kanzashi but I’m no expert so this is just what I was inspired to make (◕ᴥ◕)♡

This hair is derived from my ᔕTY᙭ ᕼᗩIᖇ as a shorter everyday hairstyle that sims can wear out and about in public without getting weird stares ;) mesh is brand new. The length allowed me to make working uv1 maps, so it shouldn’t clip around.

Turn your sims into ball-jointed dolls with this tattoo :) it’s been tested by yours truly on both EA and CC skintones (+ overlays), but it’s all pre-skintones-patch because I’m stubbornly refusing to update. Apparently some garments including parts of the sim body mesh may jam the lines a bit, just keep this in mind if you think that the tattoo looks weird.
I liked the idea of a fallen book or one that sims didn’t have bookmarks for and thus left lying around. There are two versions of this, all are: base game compatible, color-tagged (oh the suffering!), and complete with LODs, maps, and custom thumbnails.
Find in clutter, you can search by creator name too.
I enjoy making book covers, and this is the season. Are you going to deny your sims the pleasure to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a scary book on a rainy day?

My work in progress is finally out in the open ;) at some point I doubted I could make it work, and I’m very pleased to say I was wrong. It’s not perfect and it will occasionally clip (especially with busty and plumpy sims), but all things considered it’s acceptable. In the end everything came out even better than I expected so I’m reasonably happy :D
I decided to try my hand at something a bit different, so this time I went for earrings. Boy, texturing new meshes is haaard work and totally underrated.
Nothing special, just a simple hairstyle. I couldn’t tell whether the stray lock right in the middle was cool or stupid, so… here’s two versions.
I was inspired by the character of Verose in Snailords’ webtoon Freaking Romance. I love hairstyles like this and I’m a sucker for a pretty face, what can I say ;D

I used the Space Ranger uniform as a starting point. What is different: skirt (duh!), all details in gold/silver with bright shine, and now the color of the stars on the shoulders matches with everything else :)
The colors reflect my own taste and a general idea of how a proper uniform should look; plus a joke-shade in tiffany blue.
