This flannel has since ripped open, the original belt‘s buckle broke, and I absolutely couldn’t hope to fit in those jeans even if I still had them.

I’ll probably be moving Friday’s video timeslot to this hour, as Friday is typically a very busy day for me.
Anyway, I haven’t eaten yet, so this is my empty belly, which seems to be a bit heftier than normal. 👀 The scale says I’m still roughly at 280lbs, but the tape measurer says I’ve surpassed 58”. 🎉
