I have some ideas like Bastian topping Romeo while Romeo is topping the tiger. Another idea could be Bastian and Romeo doing Double penetration to the tiger...

Ok here's Bastian being milked. He's exhausted after 6 rounds but, come on!, he can deal with it! 

Oh, doctors recommend a glass of (lion) milk every day~ it's full of proteins!
