This is Ciarra, a Dullahan. She was born like that, yet, it's not easy for her to accept her condition: she has trouble taking care of her head and many kids at school are mocking her, even playing pranks on her. She's quite the cheerful girl at home though and she loves taking walks in her neighborhood.

This is Phoebe, a dickneck girl (meaning she has a dick instead of a neck). The two of them got together partly because they share a somewhat similar condition. After a couple of years together, they decided to get married. Despite being the one with a "rod", you could say Phoebe is much more feminine than Ciarra though...
