I've been messing around with animations in Ren'Py and I've sorted out subtle breathing and blinking for the character sprites. The example you see here is just a constructed GIF and may play too fast on your browser, but I've worked out how to make the breathing seem natural in the game and how to randomize the blinking so that it's not weirdly regular. Kicking around the idea for creating character cards to post here. Still working on how I want to do the layout... I think I'll release smaller censored ones to the public, medium-sized uncensored ones for all supporters, and full-size 1920x1080 (or maybe even 4k) uncensored versions of the cards to $10+ supporters....
