I loved this mask the first time I shot with it almost 3 years ago and wanted to do a series with it. The feathers and colors photograph really well. This time I felt more of a NOLA vibe and added some voodoo elements. Have to figure out someplace cool to take it for a third session with it at some point.

Sometimes simple shoots are the most fun because the stress level is lower and you don't have 10 things to monitor. This one had only one lighting setup and single angle unlike most of my shoots which usually have multiple setups and angles.
