[News] In coming RealCUGAN-NCNN-Vulkan support

Just a quick update, RealCUGAN-NCNN-Vulkan will be supported in the next BETA update, most coding is finished and I'm doing some testing.

After this update, AMD GPU users can also using Real-CUGAN.

RealCUGAN caffe models will be moved to waifu2x-caffe models list, so you can still use them if you want.

[News] Incoming NEW Super-Resolution Engine

Just implemented a NEW Super-Resolution Engine.

This engine is for 2D Anime upscale only, the image quality improvement is quite close to RealESRGAN.

But it's not very fast since it's relaying on Waifu2x-Caffe, and only Nvidia GPUs with CUDA can use this engine.

My eyes are burning because I been writing codes for so long, therefore it will be released later with the next BETA...
