I finally have enough fluffs for the collar!!! I can sew down the brown trim and attach this to the bra and move on with my life. :')
I made a video talking about how I made it and showing off the fluffiness. <3 I will put that up for Cheesecake Chums and up once I get it on YouTube.
Now to make even more fluffs for the gauntlets, skirt, and hairpiece.... :')

The Chibi wigs (pigtails) were on clearance, and they were both shades that need for the future. While I may not have those cosplays started, I wanted to get these colours before they became unavailable. And so reasonably priced!!! The mahogany one is for Rise Kujikawa, the Persona 4 girl in the purple harem outfit I shared here before...

The fluff is real. I just need to add more and more... and then add it to several other pieces of the cosplay.
I actually make most of my fluffs away from home. I bring the skein with me and work on it during lunch breaks and visits. Much to people's discombobulation.

Fluffy boobs!
Here's the concept for my top along with my wig, as I haven't shared it in some time...
I just tossed everything on so you could see the rough idea. The top of the fluffs will be inside of that same orangey brown trim. May add orange on the band of the bra itself.

Putting Perona on hold so I can work on Flareon for my Eeveelutions group at Ai-kon!
Today I started her skirt (and temporarily lost one of her boots when I tried to take a photo....) but I am not sure if I am going to stick with it. I also attempted to make fur for the collar, tail, etc. but used the wrong kind of brush and just destroyed it... ^^; Will try again once I acquire a pet brush!

Well, this was an interesting adventure. Sewing the feather boa onto the capelet was surprisingly not as difficult as I thought, but it was EXTREMELY time-consuming and used a lot of thread. It was a very strange process that took a few sittings. But it is done~ I just need to add the pink bow. :)

When my bestie, Auragale, and I team up, the cosplay world is powerless to stop us! We entered as a duo with our Disney princess gowns and won the master class in Joy Con.
It was nice to win, even though the contest was quite the train wreck, but the real fun was the smiles and excitement we created for the younger crowd (well, for everyone, really - mothers looooved us). It always makes me sooo...

Had to get one last unruly squat pic in before I made the mussy wig (randomly kicking around the house) into a hairpiece fit for a lady like Silky.
It's not perfect, but I have definitely improved from my LAST attempt at cutting wig bangs... *sweats nervously looking at Kyoko*

Collar attached! The colours match in this photo, but in reality the collar stands out more as a brighter and flatter fabric. Still better than the awful mess created when I tried to sew with the same velvet fabric. Just gotta sew on the trim and add a pink bow.
