Here is a simple but tingly video for those of y'all who need some very intense triggers to make your tingles work! Fall asleep fast! Reading something boring in a monotonous whisper, layered yawn sounds, a visual eye-closing effect, relaxing and unintrusive music, and the video getting steadily darker and darker. You have no chance of staying awake, whether you watch the visuals or just listen.
It's been a while, but here's another entry in the sleepiest ASMR series :) I even use these to fall asleep hehe!
