Possible Break

I may be taking a short break from writing for a few days, so if you don't see any updates that will be why. I haven't decided yet, but I may. Hope that this will help prevent any burn out or boredom with writing. Either way a short vacation may be just the thing before getting back into it. After all I have been writing like crazy lately.

Update (20th August 2018)

68% written (first draft). Almost 3100 words and 5 1/2 pages. The story is now 454 pages in Word. My guess is that the next few sections will be about 5 or so pages each, before some bigger sections post the first sex scene.

That means that the story should be around 600-650 pages long roughly. The first sex scene ends at 75% and I am about three-quarters of the way through what needs to be writ...

67% written (first draft). 5 1/2 pages, 3000 words. On to the next section now. Another short one that shouldn't take me too long. This part of the story is generally made up of several small sections that connect together, so I am hoping to make regular progress.

66% written (first draft). 4 1/2 pages and 2500 words today.

Pretty good haul, even if I do say so myself. Happy with the progress. The next few sections are smaller than what have been but longer than the one I have just finished. So keep an eye out for quicker progression. I hope, anyway. It all depends how carried away I get in what I write. Sometimes I just enjoy myself too much ;)

65% written (first draft). I have written 9100 words and 16 pages today, so a huge amount, and fuck has it gone well! Love it!

63% written (first draft). 1800 words and 3 pages done today. Not entirely happy with that either but it is getting to the point where there is not much I can write that I haven't already but I need to write something. So that is why it is difficult right now and less words/pages have been written.

What I have done is the best I can and I will leave it at that for when the editing comes. Hopeful...

I haven't had as much time to write today, but 1800 words and almost 3 pages is at least progress. Plus I am now on the final part of this section that I want to write. I had hoped to finish this section today but I had planned for it to be tomorrow so I will be on time with that I think. Looking forward to the end of this one. Fuck this section has been quite long.

3 1/2 pages, 2200 words, today. And 1500 yesterday. Not far from completing this section now but fuck does it take a lot out of me. Why? Because this is the moment - this and the next section - where things are speeding up and getting intense for the climax of this part of the story. 62% complete (first draft). 3100 words and almost 5 1/2 pages written today. Tired but fuck that was a fun section. 35 pages in total just for that one part of the sex scene.

I won't be writing tomorrow as I am away but will be back writing on Wednesday. Another semi-large section but this is the speeding towards the climax section. Very much looking forward to finishing this one.

Almost 5 pages, 3000 words, written today. I have three more things I want to write in this section then we are done with this one. 3100 words, 5 pages, written today. If I can keep writing like this I am estimating this section may be finished on Wednesday. It is a pretty intense and draining section to write because of the heat. But that is when you know you are doing it right.

7 1/2 pages and 4500 words written today. Much happier with this section today - As you may tell from how much I wrote - and am now well on my way. It will still be a while until this section is finished as it is quite large. The next two sections are still large but smaller than this one. Then it is on to much smaller sections mostly.

This is probably the longest sex section remaining. There are lots more after this but they are smaller. However there are story sections after this that are longer. But the point is that once this section is done it will be a downhill race rather than an uphill...

Just finished for the day and finally finished this section. I am not entirely feeling happy with this and the last section but I am sure I could not write it better right now no matter what I tried. So hopefully editing will fix that. Or maybe I am just over thinking it. This story is hard to write because of the idea behind it and where some characters are and what they are doing at certain time...

This section is now almost written. Not sure if I am happy with it but that will hopefully be fixed during editing. 7 pages and 4300 words written today. Maybe tomorrow this section will be finished.

Another 4 pages, 2500 words written. This section is taking longer than I had thought as I keep adding new dialogue to it to make the transitions between topics better. But it is coming along really well!

Also been in touch with Literotica and they will publish the story in its entirety without breaking it up. So that is another great piece of news today.

Spent the day writing again! Another almost 4 pages written (2200 words), which is a good day of writing. I am now about halfway through the new section I've been working on and know exactly how I want it to go.
