ok now here is the second level of rendering. as you can see i went in and made a contour line similar to that of a traditional line work that most people put on a separate layer and do first. i combine the two on one layer and tackle it more like a painting then a line sketch and under painting , also i use my blending smudge tool to blend in and re-blend the highlights and shadows. as i pain...

starting a complete redo of the first image if you are wondering why i and sketching everything out when i just have a 3d model to paint over, this is because in will be correcting the mistakes that happen with some 3d models and taking these extra steps will make the final far more interesting and vibrant
