I was planning to create something like this when there would be enough free time. So here it is. This is my second "big" skin-mod. It comes with two face variations (.GIF will show you the difference) and some tone swatches.
I could say it's way more harder to improvise than re-creating some IRL person look.

Elizabeth Banks with her Effie Trinket look from "The Hunger Games".
I had to improvise here a bit. Especially with Effie look.
Pale skintone is an option - it uses blush makeup slot and comes in a few variants.
IMO - pale skin suits her better than the natural one. You could see the difference on some screens.
And one little moment - absolutely obs...

Hey guys! Our army is growing up! Meet the new lady - Margot Robbie.
